By accessing and using Viralista Agency services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description

Viralista Agency provides viral content marketing services through a network of over 4,500 verified content creators. Our services include Display Ads, Native Integration, and Creator Boost on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

3. Views Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of the contracted number of views within the agreed timeframe. If the goal is not reached, we will extend the campaign at no additional cost until the guaranteed views are delivered.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments are made in advance before the start of each campaign. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cryptocurrencies. Prices are subject to volume discounts indicated in our price calculator.

5. Content and Materials

The client is responsible for providing brand materials (logos, banners, assets) in the required formats. Viralista Agency is not responsible for content provided by the client that infringes third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The client retains all rights to their brand and materials. Videos created by our creator network are owned by the respective creators, with usage license for advertising purposes during the campaign.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made before the campaign starts will receive a 100% refund. Once the campaign has started, no refunds will be issued, but delivery of contracted views is guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Viralista Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
